Recruitment is a key component of any Workforce Management solution. Ours is no different. Essentially recruitment is a series of process' that are designed to bring new blood into your organisation, generating a pool of available people that can work at very short notice when you require them

A key component of this process is CV Checking (To ensure that the data and documents provided are correct)

• Option to post adverts to recognised job boards (PNET, Careers24, etc) (Some products may need to be purchased from these organisations)
• Options to post adverts to your FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIn corporate accounts (Some FaceBook, Twitter and LinkedIn products may need to be purchased from these organisations)
• Recruits can register themselves or your organisation can register Recruits
• SMS's are used as a communication mechanism (This can be ported to WhatsApp or Telegram on demand)

Applicant Tracking

Recruits can apply for any of your offered positions and once applied, Applicants can be declined, shortlisted or invited to an interview

There is quite a lot of automation involved here, including auto declines to rules, etc

Candidate Short Listing

For each of your offered positions, candidates can be shortlisted. We offer an unlimited number of shortlists per offered position, but as shortlists are a filtering mechanism, we suggest that you keep this to under 5 per offered position

Candidate Interviewing

We do interviews differently..... We allow interviewees, once invited to an interview, to alter their interview time slot, on demand, in a way that suits both the interviewer and interviewee

There is quite a lot of automation involved here, including auto declines to rules, etc
