Jan Coetzee
Jan is a seasoned business executive and management consultant, holding an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, with in-depth operations management and workforce solutions expertise, coupled with a 20+ year track record of leadership excellence in Professional Services, Human Capital Management, and Outsourcing Operations. Jan has extensive experience in leading start-up operations as well as corporate transformation projects. Before joining DigiStaff, he established the niche Human Capital & Staffing Technology Advisory firm, Unjani Advisory Services. Prior to that, he held several executive positions within the South African Staffing sector, the last as Managing Executive of the Flexible Staffing division at the Adcorp Group.
Richard Shearer
Richard began building web based management systems when the internet was very young and specialises in Customer Relationship Management systems, Single Customer View systems, Personnel Management Systems, Reservations & Booking Systems, Order & Driver Management systems, Support Management systems & Executive Dashboards. Richard has worked with several blue chip organisations and with 25+ years of experience, really understands how a simple application of easy to understand technology can add vast efficiency to any organisation
